KASTILO was founded in 1993 and its headquarters are located in Ulm, southern Germany. The company has 40 people engaged in production and management work, with a production base of 3500 square meters and fully mechanized operations. Through reform and innovation, the group not only possesses the world’s most exquisite production skills, but also develops many cutting-edge coating products. Every year, we provide over 10 million square meters of fabric products to the global market, covering industries such as automotive, flooring, lamination, packaging, food, and construction.
The thickness of KASTILO coated fabrics ranges from 0.06 millimeters to 0.7 millimeters, with PTFE resin accounting for 22% -55%, and a black anti-static coating that can reach temperatures up to 250 ℃.
Due to the high tensile strength of polytetrafluoroethylene glass fiber fabric, KASTILO can be used for projects that cover large areas without the need for supporting structures. Ultra thin glass fibers (4.5 mm to 6 mm) can improve tensile strength.
KASTILO has a transparency of up to 55% and is made of thin films laminated with perforated mesh made of TFM, FEP, or PTFE. Its UV performance is stable, ensuring outdoor use.
