描述
In 1959, the Ziliotto family, characterized by their long-standing family traditions, established La Plastiveneta SaS. The company’s headquarters is located in Cadoneghe, Padua. The core business is to plasticize paper products through third-party PVC films.
In 1964, the first PVC coating machine was purchased, and the first batch of PVC composite materials reinforced with natural fibers (cotton) and synthetic fibers (polyamide) (also known as nylon fibers) were produced and sold. The first batch of PVC coated waterproof tarpaulin was produced using this technology material. The coupling process of PVC film was quickly abandoned.
In 1970, the company was equipped with new technologies, such as packaging cutting machines, which improved the entire production stage. Higher efficiency and flexibility allow for the expansion of product range, targeting multiple different markets such as tarpaulins, circuses, industrial construction, and naval industry.
In 1979, the company established a weaving factory in Binago (Como). Weft knitted fabrics are produced using the most advanced weaving machines.
1980: Started selling La Plastiveneta products with the Naizil trademark. Naizil ® The trademark is a combination of the words NYLON (synthetic fiber) and ZILIOTTO (surname of the Italian founder).
1980-1990: La Plastiveneta Sas made progress in sales and production growth. In Canada, the first production plan, Naizil Inc., was established. Due to the development of strong technology in Italy, two PVC coating systems have been established to meet the specific needs of the US market by producing fabrics composed of special PVC reinforced with high toughness polyester fibers.
In 1986, a new headquarters office and production factory were opened in Campodarsego, Padua. The enterprise covers an area of 21000 square meters (with 11000 already covered).
In 1988, PARA ‘company in Milan became the strongest producer of acrylic fibers for sunshades and home decor, entering the equity of La Plastiveneta Spa
In 1990, the company was one of the earliest companies in the field to implement an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) plan, which provided a universal and proprietary system for controlling production, warehousing, and accounting.
1999-2003: In 1999, the painting line was fully updated. A new system can produce PVC composite materials and high-density polyester fabrics with a maximum length of 360 cm. In addition, innovative coating technology allows for the application of 4 types of PVC coatings on each side of the fabric, with 2 types per layer, and continuously controlling the amount of PVC used. This control is made possible through electronic devices that automatically manage process parameters. Along with the coating, two colors can be printed on one side of the fabric in the same row. Finally, according to the coating and printing, precision machining equipment was installed, which can be used to treat materials composed of double painted surfaces, one on the outside and one on the inside. All coating stages are printed and painted in one step of production. The implementation of the new equipment will refurbish all other departments, such as cutting, packaging and inventory.
In 2004, the business of selling and distributing Naizil coated fabrics in the Dutch market was acquired, along with the Dutch company Duratex. The new company entered the market with “DURATEX NAIZIL A/S.
In 2005, all group companies were restructured under the same name and logo. Establish Naizil Spa.
From 2006 to 2008: In the second half of 2000, the world’s second market flourished in Far Eastern countries/regions. Naizil responds by automating the entire production cycle using leading systems and technologies. In this way, the working conditions of employees have been significantly improved, while the production cycle has been greatly shortened. To complete this innovative path, the first vertical fully automated warehouse had a capacity of 17.000 rolls. All operations are performed by automated robotic arms, completely eliminating manual labor for warehouse personnel and accelerating loading/unloading operations.
2010-2015: Due to severe economic crisis and market stagnation since 2007, the company underwent downsizing and closed production factories such as Binago (Como) and “DURATEX NAIZIL A/S.
In 2016, NAIZIL Spa was acquired by the newly established Naizil Srl and acquired full foreign investment, with the majority held by Mr. Humoud Al Senidi and a few held by Mr. Ibrahim Halil Gul. During this year, Naizil Srl began renovating and restoring roads to regain its leading position in the market.
